The Event
Throughout 2016 and 2017, a series of planning hearings were held to examine the application for a Development Consent Order for the M4 Relief Road around Newport.
Our Role...
Production 78 supported Costain/Vinci by delivering the event management, AV and technical services required to hold a 6 month long series of public hearings by the Planning Inspectorate in the Lysaght Institute in Newport. We also toured a number of community venues in advance of the hearings as part of the public consultation process delivering a touring exhibit of the plans for the public to view.
Just a few lines to thank you and the team for the tremendous effort and service we received during the five two-days exhibitions for the M4 Corridor around Newport project. I was also extremely impressed at the team's attention to detail. The Welsh Government project leads also commented about the professionalism of the service on a number of occasions during the events which of course reflects well on us as the Principal Contractor.
